T-Com assures secrecy and security of your data during the authorization of credit cards. The security of data on these pages is provided through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with 128-bit encryption of data.


The exchange of sensitive data (e.g. credit card numbers) between T-Com Pay Way system which performs online payment and credit cards authorization centers takes place via a private network which does not have access to the Internet and which is completely protected from unauthorized access, by using the ISO 8583 protocol. T-Com completely denies access to data which the participants in the trading process are not authorized to use.

Terms of payment

By filing and paying the application fee you are participating in Splitgraphic – V International Graphic Art Biennial. Payment is implemented by using Pay Way interface and by filing out the electronic application form. Application fee can be paid by credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order. Your submitted artwork will be approved in the shortest period of time. Each credit card transfer is liable to previous authorisation. Tax (PDV) is included in the price amount. We keep the right of price change in case of exchange rate changes.

      




Service

Request for credit card payment by online authorisation is processed with Internet Pay Way service (according to credit card authorisation centre) in actual time. So, there is no manual approval of the request, the credit card number is checked and authorised automatically in the credit card authorisation centre. Only after few seconds the confirmation of the paid service will arrive. After confirmation, the buyer receives his digital receipt.

Privacy policy

Splitgraphic respects your privacy. Any correspondence between us and our clients is considered as strictly confidential relationship. We guarantee that any information you give to Splitgraphic will be held with utmost care and will not be used in a ways that you have not consented to. Splitgraphic does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including forms or email lists. We do not disclose the identities of our users unless we are legally required to do so or obtain your consent. If we receive a request by a legal authority we will contact the user whose identity has been requested using the contact information the user has provided.


A statement about exchange rate conversions

The announced prices in EUR are orientational. Payments by credit card are carried out in Croatian Kuna (HRK). The amount is charged to your credit card in Croatian Kuna, which your card provider will then convert into your national currency according to your country's appropriate exchange rate. As a result of this, it is possible that there might be a minimal deviation from the prices that are shown in Euro on our web site.
